San Rafael del Paramo de Mucuchies, considered the highest town in Venezuela, is a small village in the state of Merida located on an alluvial plateau in the Venezuelan Andes at 3140 meters above sea level and on the banks of the Trans-Andean Highway.
This photograph has been awarded 3 times (twice in Venezuela and once in Spain). It has been exhibited in Latin America and Europe on many occasions and has been published in magazines all over the world.
