This piece is the genesis meme of TungstenDAO, an experimental meme incubation studio.

Drawing inspiration from NounsDAO, all holders of memes minted by TungstenDAO are members of TungstenDAO, 1 meme = 1 vote. There are no rewards for initial members of the DAO, the first 3 members have acquired their spots by contributing assets to the DAO treasury in exchange for 4 of the first 20 memes to be minted.

At launch, governance will be coordinated via a members only Telegram channel but we seek to have on chain governance implemented by the time 30 memes have been minted and auctioned. The treasury is controlled exclusively via governance by holders of memes minted by TungstenDAO.
