"It's only just begun" She had thought.
That day seemed ages ago, battling for her throne amongst those who stood loyal to her. That war was bloody and brutal. Some wounds too deep to heal. The scars from those days paint her body.

But now she is Queen. The Kingdom of Mrcy is in peace. The people rallied behind their new Queen, calling her a savior and protector. They built shrines of her and her Dragons and wrote down in books the great deeds and battles she had achieved.

It's been seven whole years after the war. Seven years of peace and prosperity as the trade route through the mountains has been reopened. Ties with the southern Kingdoms reforged and with her Dragons she kept a loving but watchful eye from above.

She loves her people. And they love her.

As she stood on a nearby port she wondered how long this peace could last. How long before another threatened her throne?

"Until then." She thought as she looked up and called to her Dragon.
