Regarding a traditional Web2 Release:

If the collector requests a song, this NFT does NOT guarantee that I’ll put out that song on all DSP’s (i.e. Spotify, Apple, etc). Just that I’ll make a custom song for that person/organization. I might drop it if it’s a good enough song, though.

For a feature verse, on the other hand, you’re free to do what you want with it -- given the proper master/publishing percentages are allocated ahead of any commercial release.
