An intimate and highly intricate exploration of my half-tribe's culture,
The Luo.

The past few months have been extremely fulfilling ,
to understand my thoughts on Afrofuturism and translate it into art,
I fully stepped into my ancestors way of expression and creation.

An experience I would love to see evolved and active in our current era,
tapping into my roots, understanding my community's source of inspiration and necessity, has redefined my idea of afrofuturism and how I express that as an artist.

From tanning skin to building the crown , and creating statement handcrafted jewellery,
its amazing, the sentiment culture holds within my community, our ideas and swag.

Afrofuturism is allowing black people to understand and express their emotions, art and dreams as they wish to.
