I dedicate this work to the 58-year-old woodcarver Igor Perevalov from a small Russian village Kuytun, in Siberia. Igor's wife Ekaterina has polyarthritis. She was denied the prescribed free medical treatment, and Igor, with the help of his craft, is earning and trying to save money to take her to a sanatorium for treatment by himself. I will donate most of the money from the sale to Igor.
