MONOLITH Gallery

MONOLITH Exhibitions is an effort to bring visibility to a diverse group of artists with a conscious eye towards representation. It is meant to be very inclusive, juxtaposing both the new and the old, the emerging and the established, showcasing new art forms as well those that have been around for centuries.

This effort began with the founding idea for MONOLITH Gallery, an open curation platform reimagining the gallery space, but it is now evolving with the changing NFT landscape to embrace a new model of curation. We are partnering with Foundation and relaunching MONOLITH Exhibitions on their new curation product, Worlds.

The key innovation with Foundation Worlds is the clean separation of minting and listing. Minting is owned and managed by the artist, it is where provenance is established. Listing is owned and managed by the curator, it is where a curation is created for artwork to be purchased. This separation allows for any piece to be listed in the curation, not just one that was minted on that specific platform or contract. We believe that this will allow for a much broader range of artworks to be curated and thus further our goal for diverse and inclusive curations.
