‘hyü-mən’ is a visual commentary on the meaning of life. It depicts a boy falling in two directions, one towards the infinite universe and the other towards earth (flip image for alternate perspective). This is meant to symbolize the dual reality of our existence.
From the time we come into physical existence, we are on a journey of both living and dying. The spectrum of who we are, who we have to be, and who we choose to be to on this journey makes it unique to each of us. It is our “experience” of the journey that is the meaning of life.
