Chapter III: Fragile Bodies

Every figure is both illuminated and condemned, caught between shame and resistance. This series reveals the quiet brutality of how neurodivergent expressions are interpreted through fear,stigma and moral judgment.
But within the shadows, clarity emerges.The light doesn’t purify—it reveals what others want to keep hidden.

This project emerged from personal experience, anthropological research, and a symbolic dream. After studying changelings and the historic persecution of neurodivergent individuals,I witnessed a woman in meltdown—met with silent judgment. That night, I dreamed of a vast fresco of collective sensory crisis.
From that vision came Changelings, a baroque, high-resolution AI series exploring the true horror: not the meltdown, but society’s refusal to understand it.
