Lemon Pound Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
CAKE
1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup suger, 2 eggs, 1Ts lemon juice, 1/4 ts salt, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1ts baking powder, lemon zest

LEMON GLAZE
1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar powder, lemon zest

HOW TO MAKE LEMON POUND CAKE

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease and flour a pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar and butter.
3. Add eggs and 1 Ts of lemon juice and mix.
4. Add dry ingredients and the lemon zest to the mixture and mix.
5. Bake until golden brown.
6. Turn out the cake onto a rack and cool completely.
7. Mix lemon juice and sugar powder.
8. Pour the lemon glaze over the top of the cooled cake.
9. Sprinkle lemon zest on top of the cake.
