Reni Rocko’s work is centered on the exploration of subcultures and identity, how we observe ourselves and make sense of the world around us. From memory fragments and playful intuition grow bizarre inner worlds where rules do not exist.  

Each artwork is illustrated in the physical world then brought to life digitally.

Ukiyo no Hito

The collection is inspired by the legend of Kuchisake-Onna, a beautiful woman who lived during the Edo period. She was cheating on her husband that killed her, asking: "who will find you beautiful now?”

The woman returned as a vengeful spirit, haunting the streets. She approaches men and ask a question like "Am I pretty?"

Each artworks is made in collaboration with AI (Midj) for the initial inspiration. Than the artist reshaped every piece digitally drawing, giving them his recognizable trait.

1glitch is a groundbreaking collaborative project by Nygilia and Miirror. The collection consists of 50 digitally processed images built through a complex workflow that involves the use of 4 to 5 softwares.
The goal of the collection, definitely an experimental one, is to defy artistic boundaries.
