Elliott Grogan

Looking up in DTLA is an architectural photography series featuring eight 1/1 photographs taken in Downtown Los Angeles between 2019 and 2021. Each photograph places the viewer on the ground, tilts their head all the way back, and allows them to stare straight up at iconic buildings and structures.  Elliott created this collection to share his favorite perspectives of the city and allow others to feel inspired and energized by how the architecture of Downtown Los Angeles cuts into the sky.
