MANJUSHREE

A collection of 25 artworks from my memory of the statue of "Veiled Rebecca" by Giovanni Maria Benzoni. It’s my first introduction with feminine beauty, innocence, sensuality, which has unraveled a lot in the women I am today. This collection consists of my self portraits clicked over a span of 6yrs resembling the sculpture, the translucent drape, wet skin with water droplets dripping down and that innocent pure face blending with temptation. So, I could feel her essence within me.
