I hated my body for 15 years. Every cell of it. I learned that "I wasn't enough" at 15 and spent a decade and a half punishing myself with draconian diets, ruthless self-talk, and impossibly high standards. 

After almost 9 years with the best man in the world, he broke up with me on May 1, 2022 and I was single again for the first time in almost a decade. 

Single, insecure in my body, and in my thirties. 

Fuck. 

I decided it's time to heal my body image. 

So, I became my own canvas. Magic.
