AI re-imagining of Agnese De Donato's photos of Memè Perlini's play "Who's Pirandello?" (1973), in which the director, taking his cue from "Six Characters in Search of an Author" and the Pirandellian dilemma over fiction and reality. 

By destroying the connotations of the characters, a oneiric journey through emotions, obsessions and fears betrayed by the makeup faces of the performers, to the notes of an insistent leitmotif by Philip Glass. An act of illusionism, a darkness full of phantoms.
