Foundation is a new medium for buying, selling, and trading limited-edition goods and art. Built on the Ethereum blockchain, Foundation claims the power of the stock market and reinvents it for independent artists, designers, and brands across music, fashion, fine art, and emerging media.
For Creators, Foundation opens up dynamic pricing, which means higher earnings from sales. It also allows Creators to monetize engaged followings on social or anywhere else by directly compensating them from trades in secondary markets they couldn’t access until now. For Buyers, Foundation rewards being early on a drop and connects them to Creators emotionally and financially with a shared stake in the success of a product or piece of art.
