A winter sunrise under the Ohau Range, Southern Alps, New Zealand.

The cold couldn't keep me away on this particular morning as the sky changed from purple to pink and the alpen glow on the mountains turned the snow to a bright white.

This was such a peaceful moment, just myself and a friend feeling like we had the whole sunrise to ourselves without another human in sight.
