Will we ever be able to understand the reason behind the harmony that surrounds us? Could it be that technology is nothing more than nature speaking to us? Many questions arise from generative art, where, as a constant form of dialogue between the artist and a new 'self,' it undeniably reflects a new cognitive playground.
"Presence" is a generative exercise in the search for the figurative within the random. Through iterations, breaking the code, moving forward and backward, seemingly random lines and logics give rise to familiar shapes. Is it a bird? Is it even a living being? If we can generate scenes and familiar shapes, can we perhaps use reverse logic to unravel this knowledge? Where could this lead us?
In this piece, I wanted to depict the entire process, representing it in a sequential grid rather than a dynamic evolution, to have every embryonic phase visible at all times.
And who knows.
