This work was initiated by digitising an original London cityscape painting in mixed media on sheet aluminium. The majestic St Paul’s Cathedral almost disappears through the early morning haze, whilst a flurry of bright red London buses dash to reach their destination.

To create this London piece, the physical painting was digitised with a Leica M (Type 240) camera for superlative colour depth and image quality. Several images were then composited & enhanced with further digital painting to create the final artwork.
