Everything is permanently impermanent.
What exists today will not be tomorrow. Like shooting stars in the sky that vanish in an instant. Life comes and goes faster than lightning. When someone dear to us dies, our hearts bleed and pour out our anguish of pain without words. Remember that everything has to die eventually. The only constant in life is your fickleness. In time our existence could become a myth, as every sunrise follows a sunset and every birth leads to death.
Do not stubbornly cling to something in your arms. Instead, loosen your grip and let things flow. Each beautiful flower that blooms once fades with time and turns brown. If a leaf tenaciously clings to the branches when the autumn blasts hit, it falls off. If we lean on an impermanent thing, we fall with it when it falls. If we accept the change, we would go along with it instead of attaching it to the imaginary truth.
Step back, take a deep breath, observe your thoughts, accept the change, and let it go.
