Bellum, derived from Latin for 'war,' portrays a future denied, where the world slips away from the grasp of a young girl, and time flows in a distorted manner amidst conflict. It serves as a poignant reminder of the tragic impact of war on the lives of innocent youth, shattered and warped by the madness of adults trapped in their own temporal realities.

This artwork was designed for the immersive hall of Kanvas Dubai and will be exhibited in Dubai from June 22, 2023, curated by Project22.

"Bellum" once again explores the synergy between art and music, thanks to the contribution of composer Diego Ratto [TTØRA]. This marks their third collaboration.
