„Self Isolation“ is one part of the series The Absolut of Togetherness. It describes the state of being alone at home, separated from one's friends and family and completely on one's own. A feeling of loneliness and emptiness, but also of frustration and fear.

The Absolute Art of Togetherness is a cohesive series, though each artwork also works individually. It reflects the „rooms“ in which we stay. We all live in different rooms, but somehow we are still connected. Especially during the time of the pandemic, many of us had to stay home and felt trapped and alone. But by all of us feeling the same way, we are somehow connected again.
We are all in the same boat - regardless of Corona. We are all just people living on this earth for a certain amount of time. We all have different stories, but we are still connected to each other.
