In Japanese, "AmeOnna" means a woman who brings the rain with her. (If you are a man, you are called AmeOtoko.)
Some Japanese people have the idea that "I am bringing the rain" when it always rains during events, occasions, and important days when they want the sun to shine.
I was inspired by those cultures when I created this picture.
