"Laughter over Eternal Rest" is a collaboration between two Russian artists Artyom Go and Ivan Gorshkov. It 's a sculpture on the death of "El Risitas", a man who became a meme and left an indelible mark on contemporary culture. Juan's enormous portrait is to be assembled from many forms of garden plastic, as creating a kind of comfort contrasting with its enormous size.

The monument reaches a height of 100 meters. Streams of water pour down from the top. The El Risitas Monument will be located in the center of the Pacific Ocean so that there is nothing around. In this way a sense of awe before eternity will be achieved. It will be possible to see this wonder of the world only from the board of a transoceanic ship.

The technical part of the project will require enormous effort. In addition to the complicated construction process itself, which will require the design and creation of specialized machinery, a power plant to power the pumps will be required.
