An iconic view that really doesn’t age, well not for me and I was thrilled to come away with what I consider a very special image.

It was taken in the depths of Snowdonia National Park and in my favourite area, the Ogwen Valley. There were many streams, waterfalls and lakes, surrounded by towering mountains.

I chose a composition that lined up just perfectly that morning. The foreground rocks matched Tryfan mountain, an aesthetic monster surrounded by a wispy like cloud in the background. The flowing streams and prominent, glowing cloud worked together brilliantly and all fused with some beautifully warm sidelight.

In good conditions, this place is really a sight to see and this is my interpretation of it.
