My 20s were tough - I had my quarter life crisis and suffered psychological abuse from people that I trusted the most. I remember a time when I kept blaming myself for everything that happened in my life, cursing and hating myself so much until I drowned in a pool of my own negative thoughts everyday. I lost all of my trust in people, and couldn’t open myself to new people, afraid that this will happen again...
