Each night Anna tried to understand the meaning of life as she stood in front of a bottle of gin.
To her life was like the numerous drops that splashed out of the bottle on to the table, as she filled the glass with her shaking hand... Looking at the drops she was amazed by its theatrical nature. The silence was broken only by the sound of the liquid...It was like it had gushed from the universe inside her, and had turned into tears that ran down her neck, her body, down to her toes, traveling through the little dips and fractures inside her body; down the little crevices of her bones, all the way down to her soul.
It was only when the crimson light of dawn struck the dewy morning surrounding her, the curtain fell and she stepped out of the dark, twisted, cold gallery.
