When a caterpillar is hatched, it is so tiny that you need a magnifying glass to see it.
All it does is feed and feed for 4 weeks.
Then one day it spins a silky cocoon and separates itself from the outside world for between 12 to 19 days in order to emerge as a beautiful butterfly.
The emerging of a butterfly is indescribably beautiful and evokes love, peace and harmony in any onlooker’s heart.
The time that passes from being a caterpillar to becoming a butterfly is much longer than the life span of a butterfly. So the way is more important than the destination.
It teaches me that every day I could also be a step closer to my re-birth.
It’s as if a Butterfly has taught me how to live a spiritual life.
