BHIMA is the second of the five Pandava brothers namely, Yudhishthira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula & Sahadeva. He was born when Vayu(the wind god), granted a son to Kunti & Pandu. Bhima is considered to have the physical strength of 10,000 elephants. Many events in Mahabharata portray the might of Bhima. He wielded a celestial bow named Vayavya - which was given by the Wind God, a huge mace & had a massive conch named Paundra.
