When I was a child, they told me that I had to hide myself from the outside world as I was a GIRL. That's why they made me wear a Burqa, a kind of clothing covering almost the whole body especially the face.
At first, it was hard wearing it as I couldn't see or breathe properly but I got used to it.
I am an Afghan woman whose Burqa has become her whole identity, her prison, her freedom, her peace, and her battle !!!
