-3 eggs
-100g milk
-50g icing sugar
-160g flour
-40g cornstarch
-4g baking powder
-two drops vanilla extract
-50g melted butter (unsalted)

mixing 3 eggs, 100g milk and 50g icing sugar together, then add 160g flour, 40g cornstarch， 4g baking powder， 2 drops of vanilla extract， stir well. in the end adding 50g melted butter, mix until it become a smooth mixture.

pour the mixture on the waffle maker, wait till it fully cooked.

serve with fresh cream & sliced strawberry.
